  16. OUTSTANDING THESIS AWARDS

  19.   The American Montessori Society announces the creation of two Awards for the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation and Master's Thesis completed in 1994 on a topic related to Montessori education.

  21.   The Awards of $1,000 each will be announced at the April, 1995, AMS National Seminar in Miami Beach. Awardees will be invited to publish a version of their work in Montessori Life, the CIJE-indexed quarterly of the Society.

  23.   Please submit one copy of completed dissertation or thesis to the AMS office at 150 5th Avenue, Room 203, New York, NY 10011-4384 by January 1, 1995. Work submitted after this date will be considered for the 1995 awards. Thesis or dissertation must have been accepted at an accredited university at time of submission. Any length or university accepted format is acceptable; English language submissions only at this time.
